Description:

Coming off the roundabout, you enter the museum which covers a lovely array of traction engines and military vehicles. Striking in its red livery is the Foden Steam Truck 'Boadicea'. The large roofed drivers cabin gives a good view past the tall black funnel with its proud nameplate in front. To the rear is a wide loading area. The vehicle rides on cast iron wheels with solid rubber tyres. This must have been an impresive sight on the road.
