Our Leadership Training for Managers Course is uniquely comprehensive. It includes units on the fundamentals of leadership, strategies for problem-solving, and techniques for communicating persuasively. But we also focus on the nuts and bolts situations that managers face regularly: how to build co-operation and trust in an ever more diverse workplace; how to boost creativity on cross-functional teams. Even how to budget people, money and time more wisely.
